  • Will the repair void my warranty?
  • Yes, all repairs not completed by the original manufacturer will void the warranty on the device.
  • How long do most repairs take?
  • Usually between 1-2 days, we can turn around a device within 6 hours - please let us know in advance. Most iPhone repairs are completed within 6 hours because we know how important the device is to you.
  • Will any data on my device be lost?
  • Generally no data will be lost. However we suggest you backup all the data (and music) before you send it in.
  • Is there a warranty provided?
  • Yes, three months on all repairs. This starts once you receive your repaired device.
  • I am not receiving any emails. What can I do?
  • Try checking your junk mail box and mark our emails accordingly.
  • How can I make payment?
  • Through our repair manager by either Bank Transfer or Credit Card. We can also accept cheque - please contact us.
  • Are my Credit Card details secure?
  • All Credit Cards are processed on SecurePayTech's website which has 128bit Thawte SSL certificates to encrypt all information.
  • I want my repaired device sent to a new address. How can I arrange for this?
  • Login to the repair manager and click 'Edit My Details'.
